• THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. The North Karelia procurement department is preparing the procurement of group account and payment services for Kontiolahti municipality for the contract period 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028, after which the contract will continue with a notice period of six (6) months valid until further notice. The purpose of this request for information is to survey the group account and payment services available on the market and to gather views and comments from potential providers for the future due to the tender, so that the actual tender can be carried out in the most expedient manner possible. With the help of the request for information, comments/suggestions are requested from potential bidders, e.g. to the following matters:- Content of the procurement and selection criteria (price/quality, incl. distribution of points)- Possible previous good/bad experiences from a similar bidding process or contract period- Procurement schedule- Evaluation of the suitability of bidders (adequate reference level)- Factors affecting the quality of the service that can bring a competitive advantage to the provider- Consideration of the environmental aspect - Practices regarding the interest paid to the group account- Change Information request In the "Other conditions" section of the information request, questions have been asked which hoping for answers.
