- THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR A REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET MAPPING AND TECHNICAL DIALOGUE. This request for information is used to map the market and obtain information about the purchase. The procurement unit does not start with the publication of the request for information tender, but a possible procurement notice and request for tenders will be published later. The request for information does not oblige the procurement unit to carry out the actual procurement. Responding to the request for information is not a prerequisite for any subsequent arrangements for participating in the tender. Suppliers are not compensated for responding to a request for information or participating in a market dialogue. The answers given to this request for information will be used when planning the acquisition of expert services to support the management of software assets (license management). Expert help is needed flexibly in several different areas. The main user of HUS's centralized license management system and the product managers of the different areas maintain the software rights information in a centralized system (Matrix42, SAM tool). In addition, supplier-specific portals are in use. In the planned procurement, the license experts of the tendered supplier would come to analyze and report on a quarterly basis for the agreed software rights of the current situation (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe and IBM manufacturers).
