PÄÄKAUPUNKISEUDUN JUNAKALUSTO OY Pääkaupunkiseudun Junakalusto Oy (hereinafter referred to as "Junakalusto Oy") is a contracting entity that shall follow the legislation related to the public procurements and that was founded to procure and hold the rolling stock needed in the commuter train transport of the HSL area. The line of business of the Junakalusto Oy is to procure, own, hold and lease out rolling stock as well as manage the maintenance and etc. service of the fleet as well as produce procurement services and consulting services related to all these operations. Junakalusto Oy has procured in total 81 Stadler Flirt-trains (Sm5). The trains were delivered between 2009 - 2017. The expected lifetime of the train is 40 years.
