• This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tenders, but a request for information/market mapping, with which the South Karelia welfare region maps possible building sites, builders and from the financiers about the new site to be implemented for 24-hour service housing for elderly people. This request for information/market survey concerns a new project implemented using the rental model. With the help of market dialogue, the welfare area strives to get information about the market's offer and the services of different suppliers, and to map out which suitability requirements and criteria the welfare area should use in the tendering process for an object implemented with a rental model. The starting points of the South Karelia welfare area for the subject are the following: - Location within a radius of six kilometers from the center of Lappeenranta, the object must be easily accessible by public transport (buses must run on weekdays mornings and afternoons at least every 30 minutes and every hour on weekends). In addition, the bus stop must be located within a reasonable walking distance from the destination.
