• This is not a procurement notice or a request for tenders, but a request for information with which the South Karelia welfare region maps the design of the South Karelia welfare region's social security center. The project planning and preliminary planning for the main contractor's tender is already in place made. This request for information concerns the planning of the development and implementation phases of the cooperative project management contract (YPJU). Information is requested on master and architectural design, structural design, building technology design, fire design, geo-planning, logistics and traffic planning, KSL planning, functional planning of the hospital. With the help of market dialogue, the welfare area aims to: 1. To get information about the market's offer and the services of different suppliers 2. To get an overview of pricing models and cost structures (no individual offers) 3. To map design contract models 4. To map which suitability requirements and criteria the welfare area should use in design tenders 5. Is the supplier able to offer the so-called total package The market dialogue is open to all suppliers who have solutions that fall within the scope of this entity. The project is classified as exceptionally demanding.
