- This announcement is not a solicitation. This is an invitation to a market dialogue to support the preparation of the tender for the ICT service provider of Mikkeli's development company Miksei Oy (MIkseiMikkeli). Based on the market dialogue, MikseiMikkeli publishes a detailed request for tenders in a separate procurement noticeella later during spring 2024. The estimated start time of the service contract is August 1, 2024. The service contract is concluded for an indefinite period.
The services provided by the ICT partner 2024 chosen based on the competition for MikseiMikkel are the following:
- The current M365 E3 P1 E5 Security solutionun's takeover project and the start of service production.
- ICT support as a service production (incl. remote support local support)
- ICT manager's job description, where the ICT Manager appointed by the service provider or his deputy also participates in the work of MikseiMikkeli's management team when invited separately.
MikseiMikkEli will have the task of IT coordinator (10%) as his own production. For the time being, ICT partner 2024, selected as a continuous service production, is responsible for the rest.
