Description:
This is a Request for Information (RFI) and information notice of a possible, upcoming public procurement. The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) plans to publish a Call for Tenders to create a Framework Agreement for Mobile Device Forensic Tool software. FCCA publishes this request to improve the upcoming Call for Tenders. We have attached documents to this request that contain requirements and other info that we plan to use in the upcoming procurement. The documents are: a) The mandatory technical requirements we are planning to use. To enable quick review, we publish them here in a plain spreadsheet format. b) The sales reference requirement we are planning to use. In addition, this RFI has an "Other information" section where we have published the general terms we are planning to use in the Call for Tenders under identically titled sections. We are interested in: (1) Are the requirements and other terms clear and precise enough that you could in your opinion make a decision to submit a tender based on them? Are the terms precise, does the wording leave room for interpretation, would you use alternative ways to state a requirement? (2) Does the material contain mandatory requirements or other terms that would prevent you from participating and submitting a tender? If yes, please specify which requirements or terms create the barrier and if possible, please suggest on how this could be remedied. (3) Any other remarks or comments you would wish to share...
