With this request for information, Helsinki University Hospital (HUS, Helsinki, Finland) launches a market consultation to prepare a procurement. The aim of this prior information notice is to find suppliers operating in this field of business, get information of the solutions available in the market, and inform our plans and requirements for the forthcoming procurement. SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT Test intended for the genotyping of the Hepatitis C virus (HCV) based on NGS (next-generation sequencing) technology. Requirements for the test: The test must be able to identify HCV genotypes 1-8 and their subtypes. The test must be compatible with plasma and serum samples. The test must include sequencing analysis software.
