Description:
This notification is only a request for information. The notification is not a contract notice or a call for tenders or an invitation to a negotiated procedure or a preliminary notice to reduce the time period for tenders. The intent of the upcoming procurement is to tender Liikenteenohjausyhtiö Fintraffic Oy-s operational insurances. These include the following lines of insurances: -General and Product Liability Insurance -Director-s and officer-s liability insurance -Crime Insurance -Property and Business Interruption Insurance The procurement will be divided into 4 lots. The purpose of this request is to get information about the potential obsticles that might arise during the tender excercise. The aim is to allow potential insurers to review the insurance material in advance in order to provide comments about limits, wordings and deductibles they are able to quote. A secondary purpose is to familiarize the insurance market with Fintraffic and it-s operations. This notification and/or answering to it do not create any obligations for the contracting authority or for those who choose to answer to it. The contracting authority does not pay any compensation for taking part to this RFI. The information provided by the contracting authority is preliminary and it is subject to change.
