- The background and purpose of the prior notice
Tuomi Logistiikka Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "contracting entity") is preparing a tender for the Pirkanmaa welfare area ("Pirha" or "Subscriber") to obtain the hardware unit in the particle accelerator laboratory.
The contracting entity brings together information market players and the solutions they provide and now publish a prior notice / request for this purpose ("advance notice"). Pre -notice is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but an invitation to market dialogue and a request for information.
Publication of the prior notice No actual tendering process yet. The contract notice and the invitation to tender will be published separately. Nor does the prior notice oblige the contracting entity to carry out the acquisition. Responding to the prior notification is not a prerequisite for a subsequent tender for participation, nor Compensation for responding to prior notification or participating in market dialogue will pay compensation.
For the sake of clarity, the contracting entity states that that responding to the prior notification does not constitute any participation in the preparation of the procurement that would prevent participation in a subsequent tender (Public Procurement Act and License Act, Section 81).
