Description:
The wellbeing area of Vantaa and Kerava is planning to acquire a demanding level of housing for people with disabilities, which are being acquired in the well-being area, as a property or rental site. The subject of the acquisition includes a plot and a property to be built on the site according to the preliminary plan. In the early stages of the preparation of the procurement, the welfare area will map the interest of potential tenderers and the possible Y-plot supply in the Vantaa and Kerava areas. According to the preliminary plan, the unit to be built must be a new destination, the building right of the plot 1400-1500 k-m2. The building will be built primarily to one level (max to two levels). The plot should accommodate the yard and sufficient parking spaces. The plot must be located in the Vantaa or Kerava area. This is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but a request for information / invitation to market suppliers to participate Market dialogue regarding the purchase of the acquisition. This request for information is not requested or offered, but the purpose of this request is to identify the market offerings of the subject of the acquisition and to ask interested suppliers to enroll in market dialogue. Interested journalists requested to enroll in market dialogue by submitting an answer to this request for information on 22.8. by 4:00 pm. Registration does not oblige the journalist to participate in the next market dialogue to the phase.
