This is not a procurement notice, nor a request for tenders, but a Request for Information / Invitation to Suppliers operating in the market to participate in a market dialogue regarding the consulting and planning services for construction projects needed by the Vantaa and Kerava welfare region. According to the preliminary plan, the procurement is divided into the following sub-areas: Sub-area 1: Architectural design and master planning Sub-area 2: Structural design Sub-area 3: HVAC-Design Sub-area 4: Electrical and automation design Sub-area 5: Builder consulting Sub-area 6: Cost calculation and planning Sub-area 7: Information model coordinator Sub-area 8: Maintenance book coordinator Sub-area 9: Acoustic design Sub-area 10: Indoor air consulting Sub-area 11: Signage and accessibility coordinator The tenderer can submit a bid in the sub-areas of their choice in the actual request for tenders to be published later. Bidding for all areas is not will be mandatory. The number of consultants planned to be selected for the sub-areas and the estimated annual purchase ranges are listed in section 4 of the service description draft. The sub-area-specific suitability requirements are listed in the attached draft "suitability requirements form" and its sub-area specific tabs. Here the request for information does not ask for, and no offers are given, but the purpose of this request for information is to make it possible to present comments on the future procurement and to get up-to-date information about the solutions on the market.
