• Description:
• The Ministry of Education and Culture participates in the OECD's Pisa 2029 research project, which is a joint research program of OECD member countries and which produces information on the state and results of education and learning outside of school in an international in the frame of reference. The offer is requested for the implementation of the Finnish part of the OECD's Pisa 2029 research project. The Ministry of Education and Culture is looking for an implementer of the Finnish part of the research project with overall responsibility. Based on the competition, one supplier is selected, with whom the subscriber enters into an agreement for the service to be acquired. We are asking for your views on the following issues:1. Would you be initially interested in offering the service to be purchased? 2. What is your estimate of the total price of the service to be purchased? 3. We ask your free-form views on issues that should be taken into account when making a request for a bid or that may become an obstacle to your bid. The appendix NPM roles and responsibilities will be updated to a newer version for the tender organized later.
