• BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION REQUEST The City of Helsinki, Department of the Urban Environment (hereafter "KYMP") is preparing a tender for the procurement of the Infrastructure Construction Monitoring and Situational Image application. Before starting the actual procurement procedure, KYMP surveys the market supply and willingness and interest in bidding for the tender in question, and seeks answers to questions related to the planned procurement. The request for information is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but rather a market dialogue. The publication of a request for information does not start a tender. Procurement notification and the request for tender will be published later. The request for information does not oblige the procurement unit to carry out the actual procurement. Answering the request for information is not a prerequisite for participating in a subsequent tender. Market participants are not compensated for responding to a request for information or participating in market dialogue. Information obtained through a request for information can be used to prepare procurement documents. PROCUREMENT BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE The Department of Urban Environment (KYMP) is in the process of purchasing an application for infrastructure monitoring and a situational picture. The city of Helsinki does not have one previously used system intended for infrastructure construction contract management. In the current state, the information related to the individual contract is scattered in the systems of the Client and the contractors, a large part of the communication takes place only by e-mail, and the operating models in different contracts and the waters...
