• THIS IS NOT AN ADVANCE NOTICE, PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE START OF A MARKET DIALOGUE AS PART OF PLANNING THE PROCUREMENT. The welfare region of Länsi-Uusimaa surveys the suppliers' interest in interpreting services to tender. Description of the acquisition The object of the procurement is the procurement of interpretation services. Interpretation will be provided remotely, on-site and as artificial intelligence interpretation. The procurement is tentatively divided into three (3) sub-areas, which are preliminary the following: Section 1: Bookable interpretation services through the application Sub-area 2: Supplementary interpreting services Subarea 3: Artificial Intelligence Interpretation There may be changes to the sub-areas during the preparation. The anticipated value of the acquisition is 12,000,000 euros (VAT 0 %). Registration for the market dialogue and preliminary questions When registering, we ask you to provide a general presentation of your service, an architectural description/technical description of your solution/application, and to answer the questions below preliminary questions. 1. How have information security and data protection been taken into account and managed in your solution? 2. Describe your pricing model for areas 1 and 2? 3. Describe the pricing principles of artificial intelligence interpretation, e.g. based on the number of users or usage time or does the solution have a fixed/predictable monthly or annual price? Are updates included in the price or do they incur a separate cost? 4.
