- THIS IS NOT AN ADVANCE NOTICE, PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE START OF A MARKET DIALOGUE AS PART OF THE PLANNING OF THE PROCUREMENT. The Länsi-Uusimaa welfare area is surveying the interest of service providers in mental health and substance abuse housing services to the procurement tender. The object of the procurement is housing services and housing-related services for customers who, as a rule, have a need for support due to problematic substance use or mental health problems. In addition, the object of the acquisition is temporary accommodation for homeless mental health and substance abuse clients. Service providers interested in procurement are asked to indicate their interest in procurement by e-mail. Expressing interest in the information request does not bind the service provider to participate in the tender, and is also not a prerequisite for participating in the actual tender later. Interest in the procurement is requested to be reported no later than June 5, 2026 to the e-mail address milla.farin@luvn.fi. We will contact you later to all who have expressed their interest.
