Kanta-Hame welfare area is about to start the procurement of the Parola health center service package. The object of the acquisition is the service package of primary healthcare outpatient healthcare. Service providerprovides services at the Parola health center located in Hattula. These are the services based on the Health Care Act (1326/2019) that fall under the responsibility of organizing the Kanta-Hame welfare area:
1. Health counseling and health checks
2. Primary healthcare reception services
3. breast cancer,cervical cancer and bowel cancer screenings
4. Promotion of mental health and preventive work on substance abuse
5. Mental health treatment, substance abuse and addiction treatment, excluding institutional rehabilitation, detoxification and cessation treatment
6. Physiotherapy rehabilitation, assessment of the need for assistive devices and physiotherapeutic cooperationand guidance for other rehabilitation
The subject of procurement includes as an option the Medical Service of the counseling service and the medical services of study and school healthcare.
The services must be implemented on an equal basis with other similar services in the welfare area. The service must identify the matchescustomers and customer groups who need extensive services in accordance with the guidelines of the welfare area.
