• The purpose of this information request is to clarify questions and pricing models related to the purchase of video services. The goal of the market survey is to map and find out how the solution being procured is appropriate to implement and acquire. As part of the survey work and procurement preparation, a market survey is carried out, with the help of which the Legal Registry Center (ORK), which acts as the procurement unit, aims to find out information about solutions that include the centralized storage of video materials recording, editing and publishing and support related to the use of the software. The object is described in more detail in the document "Description of the procurement object" attached to the request for information. The aim of the market survey is especially to increase the procurement unit understanding of the solutions on offer and to acquire information to support a possible competition. The service aims to improve the archiving, classification and lifecycle management of videos. ORK makes extensive use of videos externally and internally in communication and education. The purpose of the service is to produce support, instruction and communication materials in video format for viewing by the Subscriber's personnel and customers. Videos are used, for example, in learning how to use applications on your own workstation. The video the viewer must be able to use the produced material as easily as possible without installing application components on the workstation.
