This is the city of Tampere's advance notice of the procurement, which is the project portfolio system. The purpose of the advance notification is to map the market and gather information about the acquisition price.at the technical level, for project and portfolio-related decision-making, monitoring, reporting, resource management (including costs) and risk management, and also project management and project progress monitoring.
The project portfolio system is acquired as a software service and its key featuresare: the
