Description:
This request for information is an invitation to suppliers to present their solutions to the billing software. The City of Imatra has a number of manual invoices in the so -called billing announcement, in addition to the subscription and contract invoicing. A solution is sought for this. Annex 1 specifies the types of invoices to be made through the billing notice. The provider responds to the request for information by downloading the brochure from the service it provides by responding to this request for information. After that, the subscriber will agree separately with the suppliers of their choice. Every information is handled in confidentiality. The responses to the request for information are not binding on the supplier, and responding or non -response to the request is not an obstacle to participating in the tender. In addition, the request for information does not oblige the subscriber to launch the tender.
