Description:
The Land Leasing System (MVJ) is an information system owned by the Helsinki Urban Environment industry, which records information about the city's
rental sites and contracts. In addition to data management, the system includes, among other things, rents,
invoicing and the functionality of the account, andSupports the control of the terms of the contract. The system has been developed on an open source
principle and can be found at: https://github.com/city-of-helsinki/mvj. The acquisition focuses on the maintenance and further development services of the land rental system.
The contracting entity does not commit to implementing this acquisition. ThisThere is a questionnaire/request for information on the procurement planned.
The contracting entity asks to comment on the drafts of the tender documents and, if necessary, may also arrange appointments.
