Description:
The city of Vantaa is preparing the bidding process and procurement of label printers and suitable labels to be used by Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy's catering services. The procured label printers will be integrated into the Customer's Aromi production control system and will be used, for example In the customer's preparation kitchen, for labeling the product contents of food portions and special diets, as well as for labeling boxes and transport carts intended for transporting ready-made food. The procurement seeks a total solution that includes device (label printers) and supply of supplies (tapes), device installations, commissioning and, if necessary, maintenance and technical support. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 Information request question form. The purpose of this information request is to map the supplier and solution options available on the market. The information request aims to obtain information about product specifications and criteria applicable to the request for tender for the preparation of the tender. This is not a procurement announcement or a request for quotation. The request for information does not bind anyone participating in it drunk.
