- Sansia Oy is preparing the rental purchase of waste compactors and balers for the customer's use on behalf of its partner, the North Karelia welfare area. The contract period for the procurement under preparation is planned to start in the spring of 2026. This announcement is information request for the preparation phase, which asks for the views and comments of those interested in the acquisition on the preliminary material for the acquisition. The drafts of the request for tender and the contract are attached to this announcement. The texts and content of drafts can change in the actual tender material and the dates presented are preliminary. We ask those interested to familiarize themselves with the material and to send written comments and observations by e-mail by 4 December 2025 at 11:00 a.m. to sanna.pirinen@sansia.fi. This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a request for information to potential bidders. The purpose of the request for information is to survey the market and collect information and suppliers' comments, so that a possible future tender can be held could be implemented in an appropriate manner. The request for information does not ask for, and does not give, offers. Comments and additional questions presented to the procurement unit will not be answered. The request for information does not obligate the procurement unit to perform the actual work purchase or to carry out the purchase as described in the request for information. The procurement unit is not obliged to take into account the responses received to the request for information in the preparation of the request for tender.
