Purchase object:
The National Pension Service (Kela) is asking bidders for a market survey. The object of the planned acquisition is a
resource planning system for the shift planning of Kela's customer service staffand the interfaces required by the related integrations.
The resource planning system is acquired as a SaaS service.
The new solution will be procured to replace the current Teleopti (Calabrio WFM) service.
The object of the procurement consists of the following services:
• Work shift planning system
• Service delivery projectskti
• Support and maintenance service
• Other services to be ordered separately, e.g.
o possible additional work not included in the delivery project
o after the end of the contract period, work related to the transfer of responsibility and the transfer of data and statistics to a new service environment.
The procurement aims at the ability to react to operationalchanges in the environment better than at present and create opportunities for new ways of doing business so that human resources can be flexibly used for the benefit of service provision. The procurement also aims for the internal visibility of the resources used and the work to be resourced across unit boundaries. Hekinna aims to influence
also the ease of use of the resource planning system.
