- The City of Riihimaki is preparing tendering to obtain its basic information technology services. According to the preliminary plan, the subject of the acquisition will include the following service areas: - Implementation of Service Desk & User Support Services - terminal life cycle services - servers Operational and Capacity Services - Cloud Services In The existing basic information technology services are supplemented by expert services that can be utilized during the contract period. As part of this tendering The City of Riihimaki is launching a market dialogue with this request for this information, which aims to identify the marketing and practices of basic information technology services. The dialogue promotes planning for future acquisition. At a later stage of willing tenderers may Also requests comments on the draft invitation to tender, such as requirement definition or pricing models.
