- This is a request for information, which is not a procurement announcement or a request for quotation. The purpose of the request for information is to gather information about the object of the procurement for future bidding. Answering the request for information is not a prerequisite for participating in the competition. To ensure the success of the future competitionhowever, it would be important for bidders to provide the procuring entity with as much information as possible. The request for information does not oblige Istekki Oy to carry out the procurement as described in the request for information or its attachments, and the tender can also be left unexecuted. Upon request for informationthey will not be compensated for answering the request for information or for participating in related presentations.for use. The solution is expected to be scalable, integrable and sustainable, because the usage needs of the operating environment vary widely and the number of registrations per machine can be anything between 100 and 5,000 per month. In the operating environment, there are several client and edinternal control systems, all of which must be able to be registered with the same solution. Due to the different needs of the operating environment, the solution must support registration for reserved visit times as well as queuing and based on shift number.
