• The Senaatti Group plans to launch a tender for the safety management portal in the fall of 2026. According to the preliminary view, the tender will be carried out as an open procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act (1397/2016). A more detailed description of the acquisition and the questions related to the request for information can be found in appendix 1. This request for information maps the market supply, willingness and interest to bid for the tender in question, assesses the realism of the level of requirements and possible alternative implementation models as well as seeking answers to questions related to the planned acquisition. The goal of the request for information is to obtain comprehensive information on the matter and to find out the possible need for clarification/correction of the Senate's requirements, so that a possible tender can be implemented in an appropriate manner. Decisions on the possible start of the procurement process are made after the market survey. The request for information does not bind any party involved in it. Answering the request for information does not bind the respondent to the possibility for participating in the tender, and is also not a prerequisite for participating in the actual tender later.
