Description:
The purpose of this request is to mapping the ability and interest of service providers in the market in this request for more detailed services. The Senate Group is planning to launch a competitive bid for the Framework Arrangement of Property Management during 2025And the framework arrangement is to enter into force on 1.1.2027. The contract period for the framework arrangement is six years. The preliminary value of the acquisition throughout the contract period is approximately € 240 million. The purpose of the information request is to obtain comprehensive information on relevant information in order to implement any bidding processin an appropriate manner. However, the request for information does not start procurement and does not bind Senate Properties to launch the procurement process or oblige to carry out the procurement as described in the request. Decisions on the possible launch of the procurement process will be made with a market surveyafter. The request for information and the answers given do not bind anyone involved. The contracting entity does not commit to implementing the acquisition on the basis of a request for information, and the descriptions or determinations in the request of the information do not bind the subscriber.
