- The purpose of this request is to map what solutions are on the market for the slipping of the welfare area staff, what capabilities they have, to determine their pricing models and to find out the preliminary price range. This is part of a larger entity where Vantaa and Vantaa and The Kerava wellness area has already competed with the HR system, payroll and shift planning and optimization solution. In the autumn of 2025, the commissioning will begin with regard to the new shift planning system (ResCOMMS's own work). As a salary system, Vake will work from April 2026 Visman Personec F system and HR system Vismman Personec F ESS.
