Description:
The municipality of Suomussalmi (also the "contracting entity") produces its own account and to the municipality of Hyrynsalmi, to the municipality of Puolanka and the municipality of Ristijarvi, and as part of the tendering of integration services as a framework arrangement.These are the procurement of services for social and health services referred to in Article 25 of the Procurement Act of EUR 400,000 in the public procurement of the Public Procurement Act (1397/2016, "Procurement Act"). Thus not to purchaseApply the Procurement Act, except in the case of the procurement law. The question is about multilingual social orientation within the meaning of Article 25 of the Act on the Promotion of Integration (681/2023). Social orientation should include information on living, living and working in Finland, working,the activities of Finnish society and the rights and obligations of the individual. The content and implementation of social orientations is further specified in the Government Decree on multilingual social orientation (576/2024). Annual procurement volume is estimatedOrganizing social orientations for about 0-50 people, in different size language groups according to the service needs.
