The request for information is the small acquisition of guide dog services in the Pirkanmaa and Kanta -Hame wellness areas. This is a request for information on procurement, not a prior notice, neither a contract notice nor a call for tenders. The aim of the request for information is to obtain prior information from market operators to support the procurement.Guide dog services are a service package to assist with visually impaired people who assist in mobility, the training and delivery of dogs donated as a medical rehabilitation. The purpose of the service is to support visually impaired persons to move independently and safely. RequestAnd the answers received do not bind either side. The request for information does not oblige the contracting entity to carry out the procurement and the response to the information request does not oblige to make a bid.
