Background and purpose of the request for information
This advance notice implements a request for information, the aim of which is to map all potential suppliers on the market, as well as their services and solution models, which can be used to solve the supplier dependency of the Bailiff's operational control system (Uljas)from. Responses to the request for information are expected, especially from suppliers specializing in breaking supplier dependencies and system takeovers.
Oikeusrekisteriskeskus (ORK), which acts as a procurement unit, has started an investigation into the Uljas system of the Bailiff's Office, the aim of which is toa is to find solutions to supplier dependence. Supplier dependence generally means a commitment to a specific supplier's technology, which in turn limits the customer's discretion when choosing a new supplier. The Uljas system has been the subject of a case audit in the National Audit Office's audit of the old information systems of the state administrationyou.
