Description:
This document is a request for information drawn up to survey the market, and is therefore not a procurement notice or request for tenders that starts the procurement process.

This request for information is related to the procurement planned by the Finnish Defense Forces, the target of which is an application/guideline for structural documentationthe world. An installation package, maintenance, technical support and training in Finnish and English are acquired for the implementation of the application/software. The application/software will undergo a data security audit according to Katakri-2020 before implementation.

Respondents are asked to familiarize themselves with attachments 1 and2. Not all of the minimum requirements stated in the information request need to be met, but an answer must be given to each requirement. Both appendices must be returned completed in accordance with the instructions by email to: contracts.fdflogcom@mil.fi no later than Thursday 2 November 2023 at 12:00. Electricalthe header of the e-mail must state: "6161/2023 / Request for information Structural documentation application".

A request for information does not obligate the purchasing unit to carry out the actual procurement, but the decision to initiate a possible procurement process is made
after a market survey.

A request for information or itss are not binding on either party.

The respondent is responsible for the costs associated with responding to the request for information.

With this request for information, we survey the market to find providers who have a ready-made application/software that meets the requirements of our procurement target.
