Description:
This notification is a request for information / invitation to the market dialogue in writing. This is not a contract notice or a request for tenders. This notification will not shorten the deadlines for any procurement procedure to be launched later, and participation in market dialogue is not a prerequisite for participation in the acquisition.
The purpose of the market dialogue is to inform and request comments on the content of the supplementary service training periods under the Civil Service Act, as well as the boundary conditions and specific features of the acquisition of the civilian service law, which will be launched at 8/2025.
Market dialogue Implemented in writing with tenderers interested in purchasing.
In addition, the draft price holidays and the TP training curriculum are also attached.
The acquisition will be distributed geographically in so that TPK episodes are widely available throughout Finland (note the delimitation). The areas are described in Annex 1. The aim is to compete for each area 1 with a supplementary service trainer with an indefinite period. If there is no acceptable in the area Offers, the preference arrangement under Annex 1 may be applied to select extra suppliers from other areas.
In particular, the contracting entity hopes to answer the following questions:
