Description:
The subject and background of the information request at the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) needs to reform ERP, ie information system solutions and processes related to planning, management and economy. The aim of the reform is to ensure that THL's ERP is based on high -quality knowledge andIts practices are smooth and uniform. The goal is also that the planning of operations is multi -year and proactive and monitoring supports decision -making. ERP in this context refers to the following activities: Planning and monitoring the objectives and strategic measures of the activities,Resource planning, budgeting and anticipation, management of development and research as a whole, and financial application management.
