• This is not a procurement announcement or a request for quotation, but a request for information/invitation for market dialogue. This request for information concerns the procurement of maintenance services for flexible scopes by Kymenlaakso support and real estate services Oy (Kymen Tuki). Kymen Tuki acquires those who are willing periodic maintenance services of scopes for the period after the warranty period and fault repair services for the welfare area units in Kymenlaakso Central Hospital and Kouvola Ratamokeskus. The devices to be serviced and repaired are currently Olympus and Pentax flexible scopes. There are currently 111 scopes in the device register. The service to be procured must meet the requirements of the legislation for after-sales services (e.g. the Act on Medical Devices) and it must be approved by the manufacturer of the device according to the maintenance plan. The maintenance service must be of high quality and support the maintenance of the equipment. The customer appreciates a smooth and efficient service process, which extends the service life of the equipment and curbs costs. Rough estimate for the annual service for the purchase amount is 150,000 euros (VAT 0%). It is tentatively planned to divide the procurement into sub-areas as follows: Sub-area 1 Olympus scopes - the hourly labor price and the most common maintenance package prices for the specified scopes - Does the service provider maintain scopes in question?- Is it possible to borrow scopes for the time of repair/maintenance?
