SLYHY Description: In 2017, the City of Oulu competed in the maintenance services of Oulu, Northern Ostrobothnia and Kainuu for 2018-2020 (2022). The existing agreement applies to the maintenance service of the City of Oulu, Kuhmo, the City of Raahe, the City of Raahe, the City of Ylivieska, the municipality of Kempele and Fintraffic Tie Oy (245 subscriptions) and the related telecommunications network.
