• The sports and youth service group of the City of Tampere is preparing the acquisition related to the right-of-use agreement for cash register and cafeteria services of Tesoma's swimming hall and ice rink. providing ticket sales services in Tesoma's swimming hall and ice rink. The object of the acquisition includes renting the premises to the selected supplier. We are looking for a reliable, cooperative and good producer of the cafe, ticket sales and customer service a partner with customer service skills. Ticket sales are the first point of contact for the customer and it is very important that the people responsible for ticket sales and customer service have excellent customer service skills as well as adequate IT skills and information.
