- With this request for information, the City of Helsinki's service center business department (later Palvekuskeskus Helsinki) surveys the options available on the market for the purchase of work clothes for the use of the Service Center Helsinki. Respondents can make their own suggestions from various solutions for purchasing work clothes. The attachments to the request for information are the documents of the previous procurement and the Excel file to be filled in, Appendix 10, Request for information. According to the preliminary plan, the actual request for tenders would be published in the summer and fall of 2026 in transition, and the contract period is supposed to start in the fall of 2027. Before launching the tender, Palveukeskus Helsinki wants to hear potential bidders in company-specific market dialogues. The future acquisition will be implemented right now according to the view, as an open procedure. In order to guarantee the best price-quality ratio, part of the bidding process will be a product matching event, where the quality factors of the offered products will be evaluated. The actual choice is based on both price and quality points.
