Description:
Jyvaeskylae University of Applied Sciences is preparing the purchase of maintenance and basic cleaning services for the facilities it manages. A studentita has a total of more than 8,500 and a staff of 900. More information about Jyvaeskylae University of Applied Sciences can be found on the website https://www.jamk.fi.
The University of Applied Sciences operates on four campuses. Studying in the campuses is concentrated on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. In addition, activities are also iin the evenings, and especially on the main campus, there are also classes on Saturdays.
The objects to be cleaned in the future acquisition are located in the Jyvaeskylae Urban Area, with the exception of the Bioeconomics Institute in Saarijaervi and small project facilities. The cleaning service contract includes maintenance and basic cleaning and their supportthe tools, materials, machines and personnel costs needed for taking.
The objects to be cleaned and their square footage are:
- Main campus, the area to be cleaned is about 21,000 m2
- Dynamo, the area to be cleaned is about 8,600 m2
- Turbine, the area to be cleaned is area approx. 650 m2
- Team academy, surface to be cleanedarea approx. 620 m2
- Smart home, area to be cleaned approx. 180 m2
- Guest apartment, area to be cleaned approx. 75 m2
- Bioeconomy Institute, area to be cleaned approx. 1500 m2
Cleaning service can be provided on weekdays and, if necessary, on Saturdays between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. during.
