Description:
VR-Yhtymae Oyj (hereinafter also VR) organizes a market dialogue about a possible future acquisition. It is tentatively planned that the object of procurement will be long-distance train and traction equipment cleaning services. The description of the planned procurement object is presented in Appendix 1 of this request for information (Planned projectdescription of the object within).
This request for information requests additional information for the planned acquisition and invites interested suppliers to a market dialogue. This announcement does not solicit offers.
A market dialogue will be held with all suppliers interested in the future procurementa. All the information presented here (e.g. the description of the procurement) is preliminary and indicative preliminary information. Answering or not answering does not prevent participation in a possible procurement procedure. The publication of the market survey and the implementation of the market dialogue do not obligate VRto carry out the actual procurement procedure. Participants in the market dialogue are not compensated for their participation.
MARKET DIALOGUE:
Suppliers interested in procurement are asked to answer the questions presented in Appendix 2 of this announcement in writing. You conduct the market dialoguesbetween suppliers registered for the market dialogue and VR separately with each supplier remotely via Teams (duration max. 2 hours).
