This is not a contract notice or invitation to tender. This is an invitation to a market dialogue designed to map potential actors for the acquisition of 2025-2027 (+possible option 1 year). The acquisition of the Lappeenranta City Group and the South Karelia Welfare AreaManaged property care services. The sites are located in the city of Lappeenranta and are divided into several areas. The purpose of market dialogue is to go through future acquisitions and to hear the opinions and suggestions of the companiespurchasing, content and pricing criteria.
