• This is not a contract notice or a request for tenders, but a request for information and an invitation to market dialogue. With this request for information, the contracting entity will identify the market for the acquisition of cleaning materials and supplies, kitchens, tissue and waste bags, and invites those interested in the procurement operators to enroll in the market dialogue as part of the preparation of the procurement.
  In the market dialogue, the goal is to introduce the acquisition starting points, a dialogue on the implementation and content of the acquisition, and to get participants' views on them. Market dialogue will be implemented as a way of the contracting entity. For example, the contracting entity may send sketches of tenders for comment to those who participated in the market dialogue.
  For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the contracting entity does not commit to implementing the acquisition and presented during the market dialogue Documents are a draft document. Registration for market dialogue is not a prerequisite for any subsequent tendering to participate and does not bind the participants. The contracting entity does not pay compensation for participating in market dialogue.
