• Description:
• The city of Hämeenlinna is requesting your offer for regional transport route operations. This is object 8, whose route is Hämeenlinna - Lammi (- Evo). In the procurement, the Act on entities operating in the field of water and energy supply, transport and postal services is observed on acquisitions and right-of-use agreements (1398/2016, Procurement Act for Special Sectors). The procured service is public transport provided by regional transport buses. This is a procurement that exceeds the EU threshold, and the procurement is expected to be annual the value without value added tax is approximately €320,000 euros. The estimate is not binding on the procurement entity. Bidders are not compensated for participating in the bidding procedure. The procurement decision will be notified to all bidders electronically, to be indicated in the bidder's bid to an email address. The procurement unit has the right to suspend the procurement for a justified reason. The procurement unit also reserves the right not to accept a single bid if the cost of the procurement turns out to be significantly higher than anticipated based on the bids received higher or if there is a significant change in the financing conditions of the acquisition, for example when the municipality participating in the financing decides that it will not participate in part in the costs of the acquisition. The regional public transport unit of the city of Hämeenlinna is centrally responsible for the planning, procurement and supervision of public transport. One (1) contract partner will be selected for the target to be tendered in the tender.
