Description:
The city of Hameenlinna is requesting bids for a new three-axle road maintenance vehicle. The vehicle must be equipped with studded winter tires and a field plow, more detailed information about these can be found in the procurement criteria section. In the procurement, everything mentioned in the tender documents must be taken into account source information. The customer reserves the right to suspend the procurement and reject all offers. This is the procurement of goods exceeding the EU threshold value in accordance with Procurement Act 1397/2016. The competition is conducted as an open procedure, on the basis of which one contract supplier is selected. The cheapest as a comparison basis for the competition price. All tender prices must be given in the form of VAT 0%, in accordance with the terms of the tender documents. The customer does not accept alternative or parallel offers or otherwise contrary to the request for offers. The offeror does not have the right to add their own to their offer its conditions.
