Description : The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland (hereinafter referred also as "MFA", "Contracting Authority" or "Customer") requests candidates to submit a request to participate for a procurement of EU Visa Stickers (Finland). The procurement will be carried out through a restricted procedure in accordance with Section 3 (1) (9) of the Finnish Public Defence and Security Procurements Act (1531/2011, hereinafter "PUTU Act").
The subject of the procurement is the production of the EU Visa Stickers (Finland). The EU Visa Stickers shall be manufactured in a uniform formula and include a kinegram in uniform format which shall be ordered from the supplier determined by the European Commission. The kinegrams shall be affixed to the Visa Stickers.
The procurement also includes the numbering, packing for the delivery and the delivery of the Visa Stickers to the delivery addresses in Finland. Moreover, invoicing and reporting of the amount of orders are part of the procurement. The reporting includes at least information about delivery destinations, handling of defects and quality control.
EU Visa Stickers shall meet the security and other requirements set in the EU legislation.
