- Digihelsinki competes for the Helsinki City Group as a comprehensive service related to cyber security control and related disruption management. The aim is to improve the security control of the entire city group and the observation of security events, as well assecurity disorder management and complement the city group's own security capabilities.
At the heart of the total service to be purchased is the CSOC service (24/7/365), which means a service consisting of this contract notice and the requirements of its annexes, including, including security transactionssupervision, analysis of events and vulnerabilities, and the implementation of action plans, and monitoring them. Supplier reports on events in accordance with the requests for tenders to the subscriber.It is estimated that the cyber security areas described in the materials attached to the contract notice.
