Description:
The acquisition is subject to alteration of the electronic laboratory in accordance with the plans and procurement documents as an overall contract. The acquisition is carried out as two -step limited as a procurement procedure as described in the procurement documents. The invitation to tender will be shown to the candidates who will be accepted from the participation phase to the tender phase. VTT selects one contractor as a contractor. Experts. The candidate may submit one (1) application during the participation phase (1st step). The application for participation will be submitted as shown in the procurement documents. For the acquisition, one (1) is selected on the basis of final bids contract partner.
