Description:
The object of the acquisition is Digirada's testing laboratory's ETCS subsystem testing equipment, related software, and installation, maintenance, development, support and training services related to the whole. The purchase in question is for ETCS system testing equipment track and locomotive equipment subsystems for interoperability testing, development and maintenance of the procurement information system. The main goal of the Digirata testing laboratory is to ensure that the systems acquired in the Digirata project meet all technical and functional requirements, support the integration of the ETCS system and interoperability and are ready for the SIT and SAT testing phases. The task is described in more detail in the tender documents. The customer states that the chosen service provider must be impartial in relation to the companies acting as current or future equipment suppliers in the Digirata project as a whole and the customer's point of view is that the chosen service provider cannot act as such a device supplier or be selected as such a device supplier.
