- The City of Helsinki Urban Environment (Kymp) has launched a procurement aimed at replacing the current Pasi system with a new ERP system for parking control (Pirkko). Current Pasi has been a key tool for parking control processes (parking control, Vehicle transfers, billing, debt collection, etc.) control, but its technical platform and functionality no longer meets the future needs of the city.
